He has a proven track record of recruiting exceptional talent and leading those teams to achieve success. He has raised millions of dollars in venture capital, over twenty patents issued or pending, has been interviewed on every major television network, and provided SME testimony to elected State Legislative Groups. In his early career Ted spent 13 years in headhunting, building sales and engineering teams for nearly one hundred technology driven startups and Fortune 1000 spinoffs. He has lived, worked, and traveled in 70+ countries including a 3-year around-the-world adventure with his wife, after selling his first startup.

Eric Snyder
CTO
Eric is the visionary and brain trust of our technology and a recognized thought leader in the healthcare technology space for over two decades. He is the recipient of multiple awards and was the 2024 runner up for the Prix Galien with Cognomiq’s software which is the healthtech equivalent of a Nobel Prize nomination. Eric has directed projects with numerous academic healthcare institutions nationwide, leading to significant improvements and garnering national recognition. A published author and frequent speaker at healthcare conferences, Eric has been instrumental in driving growth, ROI and innovative change.

Michael Hentschel
CFO
Michael is a “technology growth manager” with 30 years of hands-on corporate management, marketing/sales, and finance expertise. As CEO of TechVest Ventures, a venture accelerator group he founded in 1987, he holds strategic management and advisory positions in many client/portfolio companies, including assignments as President, CEO, COO, CFO, VP of Development, and VP of Sales. Major funding successes include $17 million raised as CFO for Desktone (MA 2007), $12 million raised as CFO for Resilience (CA 2006), and raising $12 million for ePAC (CA 2002). Michael has helped 50+ companies raise $130+ million in equity. He co-managed VC Funds such as the $58-million Schroder Ventures in Silicon Valley (1984-87) with 27% compound IRR in his deals.

Bonny Roberts
VP, Customer Success
Bonny is a career healthcare technology advocate. Whether improving the delivery of care as a health system employee or leading customer success in early-stage software companies, Bonny has a deep knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem and honed expertise in strategic growth, product adoption and customer retention. Her passion is to deliver exceptional customer experience while achieving significant ROI for the organization and achieving the Quadruple Aim. Her industry contributions include HIMSS Global Advocacy and Colorado HIMSS board leadership as well as presentations at conferences such as Epic UGM, HIMSS, PMI and CHIME.
